Have you seen the Mountain Dew Xbox? Don't care how ltd it is, I wouldn't want one. It's snot green (sorry, no other way to describe the colour).

Now the new UK crystal Xboxes are nice looking. If that's possible for an Xbox.

Oops yeah, I forgot too. You know what, I'm in the States next summer, I'll check with my parents about the date, maybe it'll just be easier to send it to my address there :-)

I drank a Mountain Dew the other day, as I do most days, and I looked on the back fo the can. "Brominated vegetable oil...what's that?" I wondered. Here is a link to another individual who wondered the same thing I did:

http://www.foreverworld.com/BVO.html

Try doing a Google search for it. It sounds pretty sketchy to me. Needless to say, I'm drinking a Sprite today. :drinkers:

Cool. Just let me get some money and maybe you can get some gaming stuff too. :smt023

By the way, Anti, did you sent my stuff? If yes, when? My college exams start tomorrow and will end on next wednesday, so i'll probably only show up here on Saturday.

Mountain Dew is possiblt my favourite thing in the world. From it's bright green look to it's crazy, impossible taste. I'd kill for some but alas, it's not available in the UK :smt009 I shouldn't have posted this, I want it even more now...

It WAS available in the UK, but I think they withdrew it, probably the inhuman amounts of food colourings in it.

Well, at least we in Brasil are among the few people on the world that can drink guaranį :smt040

I'd swear, even though statistics might tell you otherwise, Mountain Dew, and its variations (Code Red, Diet, etc) is the biggest drink among young people...but I don't like it too much. I'm more of a cola kind of guy...

I'm really really surprised that such an insanely popular drink isn't sold in all of those other countries...

Come the end of the first week of may...I'll be off from school...and I'll be able to send things out if anyone wants to give it a go...

Man...this talk reminds me of all the weird regional beverages I can get around here...

AL81=A Late One...possibly the best ginger ale ever...

Damn, and here I thought Mountain Dew was available worldwide! Well, if any of you guys are really itching to try it, I could snag some bottles, cans, cases, whatever, and send them out - maybe in exchange for local drinks/foodstuffs? :smt040

Hmm, I've had drinks with guarana in it before, but nothing that qualifies as an actual guarana drink - what are they like?

Actually this is not a bad idea.
If anyone would like me to ship anything from the US just let me know and we can work something out. And when I say 'anything' I mean just about anything.

Shipping for bottles or food would be a bit expensive ;-)
Also I can get almost every kind of food and snacks here (even japanese),beside from the UK or US potato chips I remember from my holiday in Portugal (yes they had mostly UK stuff as far as I remember),and the UK snack store here has closed. So if you have 3D Doritos,Lays or other stuff feel free to send me ;-)

Guarana? Isn't that bat shite? lol

Doritos? You really want shipping charges on flavoured cardboard?

As for the BVO, check this out http://www.inchem.org/documents/jecfa/jecmono/v48aje02.htm

Brominated olive oil has been used for radiography in man and
animals without apparent deleterious effects

Umm, worrying!

Still, I'd like to try a mountain dew :D lol

Apparently the UK version had most the caffiene taken out.

It is available in the UK here (http://www.cybercandy.co.uk/aaasmt/index.php/url_indprod?ltrev=12&xlc=539) at an extortionate price!

Or here (http://www.skyco.uk.com/products.asp?cat=24)
