When the Sega Logo comes up she says "Saigo MoIchou" Which means "One more Time (for the end)" Not sure where the word "MoIchou" is from since the normal Japanese word is "MoIkai"or "MoIchido". Maybe it's some sort of cute dialect :smt017

Saigo = The End of something or the last. Don't mistake it for "Owari" which also means The End or Finished.

Mo = can be used in many ways but most common is the meaning of "Again" or "Too" So Mo Ichido = 1 more time or again :smt033
