How-s the homebrew on the Sega Saturn?
Is it possible to port selfmade bor mods, like beats of rage??
Thanks in advance!

Try SegaXtreme, there's a bunch of talented Saturn homebrewers over there.

The saturn homebrew scene is small and quiet, but there have been some pretty awesome releases.
For homebrew resources and examples (theres even a complete tutorial!) check out http://www.rockin-b.de/rockin-b.html
A saturn lua player was released relatively recently, you can get that here http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=118343

It wasn't ported to the Saturn, no. (or anything like it).

My two favorite ones are vbt's SMSplus:

....and Madroms' Dezeamon 2 Save Game Manager compilations featuring a total of 180 (!) Dezeamon 2 shmups:

Rockin-B also hosts compilations for his C4 contests: http://www.rockin-b.de/c4.html
For some reason, the 2007 contest isn't listed on his page, so here it is: http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=102310
Then there's Satakore's Game Basic Database with almost 500 entries: http://www.satakore.com/sega-saturn-complete-game-basic,,1,,0.html

Try to not use any SGL or SBL libraries.
