Is it possible that an xbox360 dev kit is a Zephir model without hdmi output?

If it's been repaired by Microsoft it's possible, but unlikely.

If it's factory stock, then no.

Microsoft went through 12 dev motherboard revisions before they switched to HDMI, so I believe that its possible

I have heard of some boards being opus which is what ms gives you back when you ship them a broken xenon. But i have seen some kits that have opus with no hdmi but are as reliable as a hdmi.

i have a factory stock 360 dev without hdmi, and I believe it's a zephir but haven't checked.

My Kit is a Zephir, so yes it is possible.

lol no. Yours is a Xenon.
And yes Opus's are 08's and the newer mobo(newer than zephyr) without HDMI.

Xenon-> 90nm CPU&GPU no HDMI
Zephyr-> 90nm CPU&GPU with HDMI
Falcon -> 65nm CPU & 90nm GPU with HDMI
Opus-> 65nm CPU& 90nm GPU no HDMI
Jasper-> 65nm CPU&GPU with HDMI

@MrHard: You have a Xenon MB with 3th Heatsink, but no Zephyr.;-)
