Battle Frenzy or Bloodshot?

Am I correct in thinking that Battle Frenzy is Bloodshot but had it's name changed for the European market?

Thanks for the reply, I just wanted to make sure that I had not missed a game for my mega cd collection, I know own the German version of BloodShot!
