Hey,

Has anyone tried this yet? I'm curious if you are allowed to run in wii mode?

That's the whole point. It's supposed to load ELF executables in Wii mode. I'm not sure if ELF is different from DOL executables or what. But it certainly seems like in the future you will see homebrew you can load from the hack.

so does this mean sdk compiled elfs will run no problem?

Anyone tried that leaked sdk from several months ago?

I picked up the game... it doesn't allow you to run elf's YET... says coming soon :(

I was soo ready to start working on it, then my hopes were dashed a little while longer.

Well I imagine after their loader gets released people would be working to try to hack the firmware to add features and probably be like the PSP where you have hacked firmware updates and such so you can launch whatever homebrew you want and play the latest games. So Zelda TP might become like the unpatched GTA LCS for PSP.

Well hopefully in the next release you will be able to load elf files from the sd card.
