Please help me my Atomiswave not produce picture when insert cartridge, very serious

I just bought the Atomiswave and plug in to Jamma. I did not put the cartridge and turn on power. On TV screen shown logo "SAMMY" then screen seem as table. After that I turn power switch off and insert the cartridge. Turn on again , On TV screen shown logo "SAMMY" then blank screen and MESS picture. It does not produce image. What's wrong with my Atomiswave???? I try to clean connector between Board and Cartridge. It can not help me to solve this problem...... Any body face this problem like me, please kindly to help me. I don't want to lost money. Thank in Advance

How are the dipswitches set?

I try to set SW-1 ON for PC Monitor and SW-2 OFF for Game Mode

SW-1 OFF for SuperGun and SW-2 OFF for Game Mode

I try many time but image was messed and not produce any thing on TV screen

Atomiswave dead ?????? or some thing wrong with them please help me
