Really dumb question..

Do I need to mod my SEGA Dreamcast to play backup CD's or Emulators on it? I've tried to burn some emulators in the past with no luck. The Dreamcast just sits there waiting for a workable disk.

I do have a game shark v2 (interact), can that be used in any way.

if you want to know about backups your asking in the wrong place here, this forum is for the discussion of devving on the console not how to use illigal backups of games
