Found these while I was cleaning up the mess they are just mockups but still interesting if you are into Sega. The one on the left swings out and the other two slide up and down.

I actually own a commercially-released Eternal Champions handheld with the same form factor as the unit on the left. Truly awful LCD button mashers. We've come a long way with our handheld entertainment.

Hm... the yellow/green one looks very familiar. I think I might have even had something like it once.
