Not sure about that, but i do remember seing those in stores when the psx first came out, along with the elusive mouse.

Here in the U.S. it's rare, you dont really see it at all, the mario paint mouse is more common.

Not sure on that. I do know rpg maker uses it. I think for those who own the first made psx models, on the box it displays all the accessories (peripherals) avaliable for it. Such as the flight stick dj898 found.

Not sure on that. I do know rpg maker uses it.
The best reason to buy the mouse is Alien Resurrection.

Damn, I used to see those PSX mouses in stock all the time at HMV Leicester. Not that I cared then or now, heh.
