Anyone have any info on this? Is this a standard SDK thing or a proprietary Capcom thing?

Thats the last/latest GC SDK :)

...The unusual thing is that the build you have is only fixed with patch 1, where as patch 2 came out at the same time.

Btw, nice debug menu ;)

So April 2004 is the final SDK? only ever seen the Dec 2001.. they are not as easy to get ahold of as the xbox sdk:s ;)
