I recall stumbling upon a site a few years ago that was created by someone working on Ressurection that had a lot of concept art and info on the game that I found to be rather profound at the time. If I can find the link I'll post it up here. I'm pretty sure there's a proto of the game out there somewhere too - from what I understand most of the game was done before it was canceled.

We don't want a PSP version. I hate it when people say "Bring it to the PSP" Why oh why do you want to play a game on the small screen? Why not ask for it to come out on a system that can be played on the big screen? I see gaming on the go as a quick pass time. That is not where Castlevania should be. It's a game you need to get in to and that belongs on the big screen where you can really get drawn in to the action with bloody decent audio without having to resort to earphones.

I have a problem when they aren't making one for a normal console. Why should 2D be restricted to hand helds? It's no wonder Retro is becoming more popular every year.

I have a bunch of screenshots that I remember long ago, Yakumo posted. A lot or all of them were taken from Gamespot, but I doubt they still have those images in their site. I'll dig them up in my folders and zip them up.

Id love to see 2d games on new platforms, however unless its of vietiful joe nature its not worth it to publishers to have 2d games that dont appear to be taking full advantage of the hardwares graphics. Meanwhile snk and sega have been doing alot of recent retro compilations of their old titles on ps2.

I believe you're thinking of dear Jenny Ryu (then Jenny Chang).
You can find her site at either Jenny3D (http://www.jenny3d.com/) or 2Dand3D (http://www.2dand3d.com/).
Go right to the Castlevania section here (http://www.2dand3d.com/2dand3d/P_CastleVenia.html)!
