Go to your user control panel "user cp", go to options, then select "forum skin"

Just a heads up.
The white/blue default (which is very nice, btw) has one massive flaw. Links are undiscernable from normal text. Embedding your own [b] and [u] tags will work, but seems to be quite a hassle to me.

Agreed, it'd be nicer if links were automatically underlined.

There seems to be a bug in the "Slick" skin. Doing the quickchange at the bottom of the page doesn't work forcing you to go in and change it via CP. Confirmed on both Opera 9 and IE 6. Not a huge deal, but thought I'd mention it.
